Take two parts water to one part apple cider vinegar, and swishing the solution around for one minute. It is a natural and organic way to maintain a healthy smile.

 

Eat raw veggies and fruits

Eating raw vegetables, fruits, and other crunchy eatables is good for your body as well as teeth. Eatables such as nuts, apples, raw carrots, and cauliflower can help in removing stains and plaque that causes cavities.

 

Rinse your mouth after eating citrus fruits

Citrus fruits including lemons, oranges, and limes, have citric acid that can erode tooth enamel. So, make sure you rinse your mouth out with water after eating these fruits to wash away the destructive acid.
