Eat 2-3 raw or cooked garlic cloves in your daily diet. Fry two garlic cloves in two tablespoons of sesame oil or mustard. As the garlic cloves turn black, switch off the stove and strain the oil. Let the oil to cool until it is warm, and massage on the affected area. Leave it on for around three hours and wash it off with water.

 

·         Apple cider vinegar

In a cup of warm water, mix 1-3 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar and a little honey. Take this mixture 2-3 times a day, before your meals. Alternatively, you can also massage the area in pain with a mixture of one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and olive oil.
